GET DEPOSED™ is a multi-level course program with examinations at the end of each course level. Each examination must be passed before moving on to the next course level. This ensures that the individual, client, i.e. future deponent, has learned the information contained within the course before moving forward to the next course. There is a notes section that can be utilized to make contemporaneous notes for recall, clarification and better understanding or for future discussion with an attorney.
If represented by an attorney, your attorney will purchase a GET DEPOSED™ login access code and provide you with that access code. Then, you will go to GET DEPOSED™ Sign In (button located at the top right-hand corner) and enter your information to begin the program.
If you are not represented by an attorney, once you purchase a GET DEPOSED™ login access code, you will go to GET DEPOSED™ Sign In (button located at the top right-hand corner) and enter your information to begin the program.
If you obtained your GET DEPOSED™ from an attorney:
- If after one year, your access needs to be extended, then prior to the expiration of your 365 access, you must have the attorney who purchased the access extend your access for an additional 365 days.
If you purchased your GET DEPOSED™ access:
- If after one year, your access needs to be extended, then prior to the expiration of your 365 access, you must extend your purchase by purchasing another 365 access. Note – The additional one year must be purchased prior to the end of the original one-year term. At the end of the one-year term, if not extended, the access plan will be deactivated, and the deponent will be removed from the seat.
