Returns and Refunds: We offer a full refund for all Access Plans not accessed, minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Unless customer has purchased more than ten (10) GET DEPOSED™ Access Plans, then there will be no administrative fee. We do not offer a refund for GET DEPOSED™ Access Plans that have been accessed. Fraud Prevention: We take fraud seriously. All transactions are subject to verification and we may contact you for additional information if necessary.
Chargeback Disputes: In the event of a chargeback, we will provide all necessary documentation to the relevant financial institutions to dispute invalid claims. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
Documentation and Evidence: Please keep all records related to your purchase, including receipts, order confirmations, and any correspondence with our customer support team. This information may be required in the event of a dispute.
